Mountain Aire R.V. Park
Rules & Policies

1. Basic Rental Rates are for two people and one vehicle. Fees are due by May 1st of each year. Park opens the 1st Saturday of May through the 1st Saturday of October May 1st of the current year.
2. Office Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check out time is by 10:00 a.m.
3. Shower Fee is $2.00 per shower. Please do your part to leave showers clean and neat. If you are having problems with your R.V. facilities, you will be issued a key for three days of free shower usage. After the three days shower fee will apply. Shower keys must be returned after the repairs.
4. No Renting of R.V. Your space is rented for two people spouse or friend. Any third person is considered a guest.
5. Guests: Nightly guest: Children 0-12: $3.00 per day. Teens 13-17: $5.00 per day. Adults 18 and over are $10.00 per day. All guests are welcome as long as tenant is present.
6. Change of Ownership does not guarantee a space.
7. Please utilize your propane for heating, cooking and where ever possible. As power here is expensive. Our local propane company can refill your tanks every third week.
8. Small electric appliances only. No dishwashers, clothes machines or dryers. Use of electric for heat & cooling when necessary - OK. Please do your part to conserve our electric. SHUT-OFF: lights, T.V., radio, computers, etc., etc. that you are not using. Especially when you are NOT HOME.
9. Garbage Pick-up will be provided by the park. All wet trash must be wrapped securely and put in heavy plastic bags and tied securely before taking to the pick-up area (Pine by Rec Hall garage). (Tuesday & Friday)
10. Pets: Two per space and must be on a leash at all times. No animal will be left tied outside or unattended at any time and must be kept within the confines of your space. Please walk your pet on the bottom acre, and please pick-up after they have done their business.
11. Parking Facilities are at a premium as R.V.s' are becoming longer/wider. One vehicle per space allowed. Unless your space allows for two vehicles without crowding your neighbor. Permission must be granted by the manager. Tenants with not enough space for even one vehicle will be charged $10.00 per month per vehicle-payable in advance whether the vehicle is in the park one week or four weeks. The room you have left on your space for vehicle/boat/trailer/atv depends on the size of your R.V.
    
    All of us would like to bring our toys but due to limited space, be considerate. If you have not used your toy, please take it home (You may be taking up space that could be used for extra parking).
    
    We are not responsible to provide parking for guests. However, we will always try to accommodate them. If no parking is available guests may have to park elsewhere.
    
    You may have ONE small storage shed on your space provided you have the room.
    
    
12. Park Tenants usually have coffee and donuts (mornings) and cookouts or potlucks (evenings) one or the other every Saturday. Notice will be placed on the bulletin board Rec. Hall. Guests are welcome. Please let us know in advance.
13. The Recreation Room/Fire pit is yours to enjoy. We expect everyone to do his or her part to help keep them clean. Please, NO children in the recreation room without an adult and no children under 12 are allowed to play pool.
    
    If you would like the Recreation Hall or campfire area reserved for personal use (family reunion or get together with friends) you may do so for a fee of $15.00 per hour. A 24 hour advance notice is required. Reserved notice will be posted on the door by the manager.
    
    Any event occurring in the hall that has not been reserved should be posted 24 hours in advance and is open to all park tenants. A personal invitation to each park tenant by the person sponsoring the event is also required.
    
    
14. No Ground Tents are allowed in the park. Tent trailers okay.
15. Seasonal Tenants who reserve a space for the following season may leave their R.V. in the park over the winter. you must have them winterized. In the event you cancel for the following season, you will be charged a storage fee of $150.00 for the seven month period. Trailers may be removed one week before opening day. (Call for an appointment). Any R.V. here after opening day will be charged for the space at the daily rate until removed.
16. Mountain Aire R.V. LLC will not be responsible at any time for loss due to fire, theft, snow or freeze damage, injury accidents, or any other property or liability losses.
17. We try very hard to keep the park neat and clean and would appreciate your cooperation in keeping your own space around and under your R.V.'s clean, such as boxes, bags, wood, branches and pine needles. Most importantly clear of possible fire materials.
18. Water here is at a premium. No washing of vehicles or trailers. You may have potted plants or flowers. Please keep them at a minimum.

Daily & weekly Rates are Subject to Sales Tax
Includes electric, water, sewer and twice weekly garbage pick-up
Guests per day: Children up to 12: $3.00     Teens 13-17: $5.00     Adults 18 & up: $10.00
Cash or Checks only. No Plastic.
Services available at tenants expense:
Propane refill (large tank required) every third week.
Phone & DSL Internet service connection
T.V. via satellite, bring your TV, dish and receiver
R.V. repair service in park for all your R.V. needs.

A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required for daily, weekly or monthly rentals with balance due upon arrival.

A $50.00 non-refundable holding fee is required for seasonal spaces for the following season. Fee is not applicable toward seasonal rental rate due May 1 of current year.

If seasonal fees are not received by May 1st we will assume that you do not want your space and will proceed to rent it to others.
