Mountain Aire R.V. Park offers you the opportunity to enjoy the White Mountains on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Seasonal rate. Park facilities include our recreation room, firepit, picnic table, horseshoe pit and immediate access to the Little Colorado River for fishing. Our recreation room includes a full size pool table, card table, and kitchen. Children are welcome but must be supervised. Reservations for special occasions are available for both the Recreation hall or campfire area.

We are located in the village of Greer with immediate access to dining, cybercafe and shopping. Classes are offered in the Park (in season) and include aerobics, specialty interests and religion. Non-denominational Church services are available on Sundays at nearby facilities. Park tenants usually enjoy cookouts every two weeks on Saturday evenings. Notice will be placed on the bulletin board at the recreation hall on events of interest to guests.

Availability includes 32 RV spaces that accommodate units from 30 to 34 feet. Tenants are encouraged to reserve their spaces early. Space rentals include electric, water, sewer and garbage pick-up. Public showers are available for a fee. Guests are encouraged to review our policies prior to making reservations.

Children 0-12 $3.00 per day --- Teens 13-17 $5.00 per day --- Adults 18 & up $10.00 per day.
INCLUDES ELECTRIC, WATER, SEWER & GARBAGE PICK-UP. PHONE & DSL INTERNET SERVICE CONNECTION AT TENENTS EXPENSE (SEASONAL TENENTS ONLY). T.V. VIA SATELLITE. BRING YOUR T.V., DISH AND RECEIVER. A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required on daily, weekly and monthly reservations made for the current season with balance due at time of arrival. CHECK OR CASH ONLY.

Reservations will be held until 5:00 pm the day of arrival. After such time I will proceed to rent the space with no refund of deposit unless other arrangements have been made. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE DARK.

SEASONAL TENENTS: A non-refundable $200.00 reservation fee is required to hold a space for NEW SEASONAL TENENTS who reserve a space for the FOLLOWING SEASON. Fee does not go toward rental rate. Seasonal tenants may have nightly guests for a fee. All guests are welcome as long as tenant is present. Please see rules 4 & 5 of our Rules & Policies. Seasonal tenants may leave their RV in the park over the winter. You must have them winterized. In the event you cancel for the following season, you will be charged a storage fee of $200.00 for the seven month period. Please see 15 & 16 of our Rules & Policies.
